Using the service

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your login access secure.
• You may use Shorti Studio only for lawful purposes and in compliance with platform rules.
• You are responsible for the source content, links, uploads, captions, and published outputs you choose to process.

Plans and billing

• Free and paid plans may include different limits, watermark rules, and publishing features.
• Paid subscriptions renew according to the billing terms shown at checkout unless cancelled.
• Fees already charged are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Availability

We may update, improve, suspend, or limit parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free processing.

Prohibited use

• Do not misuse the service, interfere with infrastructure, or bypass plan limits or security controls.
• Do not use the service to process or publish content that infringes rights or violates applicable law.
• Do not submit sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, violent-extremist material, credible threats, trafficking, illegal sales, self-harm encouragement, hate incitement, graphic abuse, fraud, or malware.
• Source videos may be screened automatically before project creation. We may reject and delete content that appears to violate these rules or cannot be screened safely.
